VW LT45 Van - Any users out there?

Looking for any advice on a '98 VW LT45 van, which I'm considering buying to convert to camper. Any hints on what to look out for, i.e. where to find rust on underbody, or engine faults, would be great. Body work and inside seem fair condition, bit of rust here and there. Mileage is 195k miles. Tyres need changing soon.…

Any rough guides as to price for such vans?

I have no experience of this type of van, so any help would be really great!
