There was some stuff in the eircom wholesale documentation about bitstream promotions aimed at rural exchanges. Did that ever happen?

it did, it was a promotion for certain exchanges up to end march (if not longer) but the list was never published openly .

the bitstream providers get the discount ..not the punter.

it may be the exchanges mentioned in the new bb stings aroound the weather forecasts ??
