Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How possible would it be to share a WLAN between two apartments about 200m apart from each other? What kind of equipment would be needed, and would things be a lot easier if the aerials were in line-of-sight?

I don't know the exact details of what's between the two apartments yet.

AFAIK there's one PC and a wireless router (Zyxel Prestige 660HW) in one apartment, and just a laptop in the other. Would we need another router or some sort of access point in the other apartment? I'll obviously set up some sort of encryption, be it WEP or WPA.

It would be a bit better if there was line-of-sight ok, post back soon as you know a bit more about what's between the apartments.
