Protection on floors is now blistering.......

Decided to stain original wooden floors of house last year (think they are white deal). Stained floor to desired colour.

Then got a plastic based coating (think it's called PV45) as it was recommeded , mixed the 2 compounds as required and put on 3 coats.

Problem is a year later plastic stuff is starting to blister and come off. Put 3 coats on but may have put too thick as was trying to use it up.

    Questions....

Is there anything to take off plastic coat without sanding away stain?

What varnish/plastic do people recommend? Particularly concerned about scratches...Kids:rolleyes:

    thanks

I just used regular Ronseal Clear Varnish...2 coats on my floors but you can pay a bit extra a go for the Diamond Coat which is supposed to be more durable.
