    Hi,

I could do with a bit of advice here:

I asked for a landscaping contractor to quote the work detailed below. In short I need to do:
    - Front Garden: New lawn, remove tarmacadam and pave.
    - Back Garden: New Lawn, remove concrete slabs, level up, pave.

    - 115 mt Castle Stone Back and Front
    - 12 Access Drop Drains with Grate
    - 112 mt Rollon Turf Instant Lawn
    - Remove complete tarmac, slabs and old lawn
    - Complete back and Front Garden, drive and patio
    - Total cost including removal: Euro 5,700

Is this more or less reasonable o a total ripoff?

    Thanks,
    Butch

I just took the measures myself. It looks like he overshoot the stone area and underestmated the lawn. Anyway, this will give you a good idea.

    Back Garden:
    - Paved area: 11.5 mt x 3.6 mt = 41.4 sq.m
    - Lawn area: 8.9 mt x 8.3 mt = 73.9 sq.m

Front Garden (a bit complicated as the lawn has 1/4 circular shape)...
    - Paved area: (9.2 mt x 3.0 mt) + (1.0 x 8.5 m) = 36.1 sqm
    - Lawn area: 8.2 mt x 7.5 mt = 61.5 sq.m

    Thanks,
    Butch
