...has apparently signed with the Texans as the 1st pick of the draft. Brave move to pass on Bush, I just hope the Jets don't trade up to get him, really don't fancy playing him twice a year.

Why are the Texans one of the worst teams in the NFL? Because they are Retarded, what kind of move is this. man they're stupid!

they did it because they decided a DE was the position they needed to cover as they are changing defensive formations.they felt they already had the offensive players they required.
it was as they say a "football decision" - many teams regarded williams as the best player on offer in his position in the draft.
they say build from the back first.and in a division which contains indianapolis, defence is very important.

Some of the stats on Williams aren't great though, think a majority of his sacks last year came in 4 games against bad teams (can't remember the exact stat but you get the idea). Also, you could argue that with Bush you can control the clock; against Indy you'd be keeping the ball out of Manning's hands.

Nowhere, he didn't get picked. i was watching sport centre online last night and apparently he's going to Miami's training camp (I think that's what it was) this week to try out.

To the dole office:D Kid's fast so has a chance in NFL. Surprised the Falcons wouldn't bring him in on big brother's insistence.

Yeah good player but he's bringing a hell of an attitude along for the ride too.

People are saying the Maurice Clarett thing has scared teams off players with a bad attitude, look at LenDale White's drop into the 2nd round. Supposedly Virginia Tech is beginning to get a bad rep for this.

He was drafted by the Broncos last year, but was cut in training camp. I think there was something about him being involved in a robbery this year, don't know what came out of that though.

One of the main problems with Vick is apparently his lack of height. He's listed at 6' but they're saying he's a good bit shorter than that which creates some problems as with all smaller quarterbacks. The feeling in the NFL is that small quarterbacks wouldn't be able to see over NFL linemen and in turn the wide receivers wouldn't know until a split second later where he was throwing the ball to.

    I stand corrected.

"Wide receiver - quarterback - specialist" is his position, possibly the next Randel El??
