Hi all, I'm part of the organising team for the Young Fringe, which is essentially a part of the Dublin Fringe Festival which is aimed towards young adults of around 16-23 years old, this year we aim to create a piece of performance art with other artists from Europe, the artists involved include a Circus Group from England, a Mime group from Germany, a Punk/Ska band from Germany, and Latvia's top youth dance group. The Irish input into this will be actors, we're looking for about 10 more actors to take part in this collaborative project, a date for auditions has not been set yet but will probably be around the end of July.

Work on the Project will be from the 20th of August to the 9th of September and is open to young people from 16-19 years old. It will be full time work, 9 am to 9 pm. This has been called thre Young Fringe Experience and will be about experiencing collaberative art with people from all over Europe, sharing and picking up new skills, and will eventually culminate in a Performance which will kick off the Dublin Fringe Festival.
