You can't. I presume you're trying to add your (real life) friends? Just ask them their usernames. If you don't know what username someone has, you can't really find them on here. If you know roughly what username they have, you can probably find using the Members List.

And a friendly pointer, text speak doesn't go over well here Use the full keyboard, there's no character limit, so write full words.
