Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,
    First off a massive Thank you to all who made it down for mayfest’06, What a Night?? A quick summary..
    Room 1 Fantastic music from Start to finish firstly by Brian Cody and then by Ger Stokes and then Brian Cody again, Great music by 2 fantastic Djs.. Onto Dave Seaman, you really had to be there as it’s a bit difficult to some it up, quite possible the best DJ that we have had the pleasure of having over, he truly is “The Renaissance Master” and you couldn’t swing a Cat in that room, the heat was unreal (Looking into the air con thingy) and so was the atmosphere. His full set was recorded which will be going out on 2FM in the next few weeks and Dave has kindly given us permission to give out copies to people(you will need to be registered on our Forums to avail of this offer, always a catch .)).Anyway you will be pleased to hear that Dave will back before the end of the year to play for us
    Room 2.Fantastic music again from the long haired guy they call Giles Armstrong, wicked sounds from one of Dublin’ best Techno DJ’s , onto Sunil, again not a great deal you can say about him that hasn’t been said before, wicked music from him from start to finish and played some dare we say “beautiful” Techno in his early set, he off course came back on late and destroyed the place, Alexander Kowalski also played fantastically well, he was not overly happy with his set which he had to cut short because of a technical difficulty(Controller blew up ;) )which curtailed his set some what and for this we and he apologise unreservedly, and many thanks to Sunil for jumping straight back in and Giles for the help too, this is the 1st Glitch Technically that we have ever had so in some respects we have been lucky, Techno Room not as busy as normal but you cant we all the time.)
    Room 3 Huge and massive thanks to Vivamusic for looking after room 3, all fantastic djs and in terms of preparation never seen people who are so focused on what they do, great music and visuals from all the Guys and they will be back for sure in the near future to place for us.

Just in reagrds to enquiries about Tickets for Junefest, they will not be on sale next week but Tickets for Slacker,Prior and Tayor will be, it will be about 2 weeks before we release the Junefest Tickets(G&D/Holden), however we will be giving out some free Tickets for Junefest at the Slacker Gig, just in regards to the Slacker Event. you can pick up 2 for the price of 1 concessions by emailing info@collective-music.com with slacker in the subject line and we will get back to you with details of our offer. which in theory means you getting in for €7.50, which is great value to see 3 superb DJs we feel.
