I need to get a survey going for a project in college, but I have very limited programming knowledge so Im just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to go about doing it. I was thinking if I ask questions with 4 possible answers and have answer A for each question on the theme of sports then B can be music, C can be cinema etc (for example) and if the majority of answers are A then music will be recommended.

Any tips will be greatly appreciated!
