BT Residential BB and VAT

Hi All, Got my first BT BB bill and notice they've charged VAT on their quoted residential prices but no mention of this before I signed up or on their website. Can they charge this? or this this one for the Consumer Affairs people?

they must charge vat , what were you charged for precisely what package both incl and excl vat ??

did you opt for online billing or paper billing ???
