Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

this guy is useless, he's behind half of the crap thats come out in the last while and now he's hiring more "divas" instead of wreslers, thats right the company that reduced it's entire active female roster to just three wrestlers and twice as many "Divas" has hired more. johnny aces is a twat and obvioulsy has no idea what the fans want (which is his resignation by the way)

Johnny Ace Signs Two Females From A Swimsuit Catalog
    source: prowrestling.com

Recently, Johnny Ace was looking in a Venus Swimwear catalog and two of the models in the catalog peaked his interest. He then called their modeling agency (Lou Maggio) and offered the two females contracts. Neither female had any interest in becoming wrestlers, or professional wrestling for that matter. The modeling agency suggested that they take the offers, and they did.

The two females in question go by the name of Barbie and Victoria. Their last names are not known at the moment. Barbie is blonde, 19 years old and from Jacksonville, Florida. She was described as being a deer in the headlights when she attended the Ohio Valley Wrestling headquarters in Louisville. Also, Barbie said that she never even watched wrestling, except for one time when she was five years old. Victoria, the other signee, is a 19 year old light-skinned African-American female.

Both girls are described as being nice people, and they are not rubbing anyone the wrong way, however they are said to be totally lost.

Lou Maggio of Venus Swimwear and Johnny Ace are apparently very good friends.

How is he useless? - he is told to do something by McMahon and he does just that

well in the story above, no word about Vince ordering the girls be contacted.
secondly he (the man in charge of talent relations) endangered the undertaker only a short while ago when choosing to keep bob ortons hepatitis a secret.

Yeah he seems to do alot of puzzling things. Its hard to gage though how much of that is down to him or the direction he's given by McMahon but certainly I don't remember Jim Ross getting as much criticism when he had the job.

Its a pretty tough job though to be fair to him.

I remember it being said that he told Vince that bigger guys is what they need. That's when he put out that ad for guys over 6ft and 250lbs or whatever it was, no experience required. He was trying to recruit TNA workers at Eddie's funeral too. Even if Vince had told him to do it, he had a choice

Getting more women on WWE tv is not going to increase ratings at all, especially when they haven't a clue about the business

I don't see the point in signing these 2, who have no clue about the wrestling business & have never watched wrestling. They have so talented females in OVW & DSW who have been training hard and deserve to be in the main roster, like Trinity, Shelly Martinez (the female valet who accompanies Burchill to the ring on this weeks Velocity!), Beth Pheonix, Angel Williams & Michelle McCool.

If he wants to sign more females, then sign people like Talia Madison, Nattie Neidhart and other females who can actually wrestle!!

Slightly off the point but in fairness as crappy as it is the Diva Search does scarily good ratings. Their gonna be putting it on Smackdown too in order to help its rating for sliding any further. So at least from that perspective short term, they do have a value ratings wise.

He's not liked by the Wrestlers as the tattles to vince on every little thing, JR was seen as someone able to argue the toss with Vince over hiring and firing, Ace is seen as a Yes Man with no real clue of how to manage talant relations.
