Where can I make New thread suggestions?? Was thinking that a new thread in Rec would be good. In the Gardening / DIY page there is a lot of debate about planning / new housing / building etc. Thought that it would be good to separate both of these.

You can start a new thread anywhere as long as you have access. I think you should be asking for a new forum or sub-forum.
