Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Outdoor Driving Bays

Just to let you guys know; Spawell in Templeogue has opened up the outside bays and we can get down to some real golf and can take proper divots:D

Here's a question: Do the rubber tees that you hit off from on the mats change the ball trajectory as opposed to a wooden tee in the ground?

I find my drives are going much further from wooden tees in the ground than when I hit off the rubber tees in the bays:confused:

I read in the Liffey Champion last week that the GUI National Academy is opening this month out at Carton.

They have indoor and outdoor bays and apparently also have teeing areas and greens maintained to the same standard as the courses at Carton.

    We'll wait and see!
