image / database / voting programme

Folks i'm looking for software for use on a site I'm thinking about, that allows a person to upload an image , write a paragraph about the image, but it must also allow viewers to vote on the image.

Anyone know of anything like that , it must be easy to use and not too expensive

It needs to be a hot or not type of web interface, but I dont want it to be like HrN if you know what I mean.

would you consider taking an image uploader script a voting script and a commenting script and amalgating them together? Probably the easiest way to do exactly what you want it to do.
