faulty netopia modem

my friend has an old netopia modem that doesnt have wireless but its faulty. to use it he has to hold in the cable using string and a pen. its complaicated and i wish i could post a pic but i cant for the mo. what i was wondering is will it be easy to get a new modem from eircom?

The only people who can answer that are Eircom anything on here will just be a guess so ask them.
