Update on Vodafone dividend from Japan sale

Hello, Does anyone have an update on the sale of the Japanese mobile division that was annonced 2 months ago. I want to get rid of my small amount of Vodafone shares but was going to hold on until the special dividend was paid. Any knowledge would be appreciated! JP

Details are going to be given in their preliminary results announcement in May. The prelim results are being announced on 30 May.
