I have a loyalty card/keyring but when i tried to enter the code before it didnt work! Do i need to leave out the letter at the start or is there some other method I didnt try?

You can get a Loyalty card, which is free, at the shop. They are open until 9pm Wed and Thurs.

randomname2005: Email them. The web guys are very helpful. They also appreciate it when you report typos or any issues with the site.
I use an email and password to log into my account. It is tied to my loyalty card.
