Why did I not listen to you's!

Got my second bill today (online), I'm on Broadband Option 2 with line rental. So that's €40 a month and there is €6.30 worth of calls.

Total €111.82.....wtf are they on about? It should be roughly €87.

The thoughts of ringing them tommorow aggghhh.

make up a whole pot of coffee
plug it in near phone to keep it hot
get 10 fags ready, if you do NOT have 10 fags get them now before its too late .
hope the milk (for the coffee) does not go off if kept too long out of fridge

    pick up phone

    dial 1800924924

    enjoy !!!!

    Welcome to the BT family.
by BT standards that is a very reasonable bill, only ripped you off by a few squidolas and not 100's of euro. count yourself lucky and go bounce your head of a wall for joining BT in the first place. My bedroom walls are made of sponge to prevent me from getting serious head injuries everytime I check my bill online.
BT are organised criminals and their billing and customer service departments are a myth. they dont really exist. Its just some god father sitting in an office with drawing random amounts of money from peoples bank accounts.

    An all too familar story.

I've been trying to get an online bill (see other thread) for the last few months without success. God only knows what I'll discover when I actually get to see my bill... the thoughts are too much to bear...

BT are a disgrace. They are incompetent fools who choose to treat their customers like dirt. They are a disgrace.

Not alone are the monumentally incompetent but they must produce one of the most difficult to decipher bills anywhere:rolleyes:

The cynic in me says this must be deliberateT:)

I will say yet again that anyone who joins BT given the amount of useful information about them on boards and elsewhere deserves whatever lousy appalling incompetent treatment that they:mad: get!

Does that mean you were expecting to be grossly overcharged and that they didnt? or that they undercharged you and you are now living in terror or subsequnet correction at a later date?
