Just reading about them here, didnt know you could do it, whats the win rate and does anyone know how you go about it?

i tried reading the process for .ie but i find it hard to understand, do you basicly just give your argument againest the person/group that own the domain and pay the right amount depending on the amount of panelests?

I'd recommend you read a couple of the decisions which explain the logic a lot more clearly.
Basically you have to show that you have a right to the domain name that the current holder infringes in some way. Sorry if that's a bit fluffy, but it's a very complex area
