Nope, I've never had any problems regarding billing with them.

    likewise...

All bills thus far have been in or around the same, I check the csv file too each time and nothing amiss.

Sometimes I wonder what all the fuss is about...

    *touch wood*

Happy enough too. No problems with the bills currently, though I did at the beginning but it got sorted the following bill (not the usual story I believe).

Had major hassles closing the account at a previous address though. They kept billing me for months, plus they started billing me for line rental and calls without my consent, even though the line had been disconnected by Eircom. I'm currently considering a switch to Smart, but I'm not sure I fancy the hassle.

im pretty happy with them, i've been with them over 2 years and very little problems except for one billing problem. Overall im happy though.

As most of you might know by now I'm NOT happy.

The thing about BT is that everything can be absolutely fantastic until something goes wrong or you want to make some change to your package... then the real problems begin.

There was a poll on this done a while ago if you want to have a search for it.
