Question about cancelling clearwire

    I just signed up to clearwire on Wednesday ... got the modem on thursday ... That night i could not access certain pages like MyEbay and paypal but other web pages were working fine... its seems ok now
    I got it because i did not have a phone line...
    The service was not functioning properly for some reason and today i found out about smart telecom offer of 3mb free line connection + rental for the same price ( 3 times better just bad timing i guess) ...
    Do I have any grounds to cancel the service without getting stung for the cancellion fee... saying it did not work right first night and that i am so new to the service...

    I think there is a 7 day cool off period in Irish law.

    Not sure exactly...someone here will have a more definite answer!
