I bought a car off them 6 months ago and in the last 2 months of the warranty i had trouble with the car and they were very unhelpfully. I had to get the car fixed in my local garage at my own expence.…

I'e learned the only way to go is through a franchise dealer or a private sale because with a franchise dealer you pay a it more but you get a guarantee and it goes through a dealer quality used car programme- with a private sale you get no guarantee, but you get a cheaper car. With a used car dealer you get a crap warranty and they don't stand by it so you might as well go private!
