i'm a male in early 20s

Imagine my surprise when i woke up the other morning and found two nipples on the right side of my chest, where there had been only one before.

a small lump had appeared on the areola of my right nipple which is about 1/4 the size of my erect nipple.

at first i thought it could be an infected hair follicle but its not red, pusy or inflamed. i'm considering the possibility that it is a wort. but it dosnt look like one.

its a little sensitive to touch (not in a good way) but i'm not too worried.

anyone ever exerience anything like this before?
