I hear ppl always complaining about them the whole time, but I for one have never had problems, and I think they provide a great service. Btw I dont work for them.

Had BT broadband since last December and not one problem so far.
Only complaint is my speed did notincrease when Eircom were suppose
to upgrade all dsl to 2MBs.

I had no problem with the service they provide, but pray very hard you don't ever have any billing issues with them. Not a pleasant experience.
