    This is the procedure whereby Comreg pretends we all get minimum 28k on our phone lines so if you dont you should tell them.

    If you want to send a quick response in then read these questions below and email retailconsult@comreg.ie with the answer to the question or questions that you consider relevant by weds. The question dealing with crap lines is question 3 .

    We wont worry too much about the payphone ones.

    Q1: What are your views on the factors identified above in considering
    Universal Service Obligations? Are there other factors which need to be
    considered regarding the provision of Universal Service? Please give
