Well I don't want to think about funerals but I know someone who had U2's
" I still haven't found what I'm looking for" played at the end of the mass at their wedding. His choice I believe.

Also know a couple who's first song at their wedding was that demented song from Christy Hennessey "all the lies that you told me"

    Some people....

I would have to say "The Masterplan" by Oasis, just as the coffin is being carried down the aisle and out of the church

Just to piss off all my old relatives who would probably be responsible for me having a funeral where virtually EVERYTHING that I strongly disagree with is spouted from the altar, and because they are my favourite band, I'd go with:

AC/DC: Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be.

That should make them quite unhappy.

I don't care what they do with me, so long as they bury or scatter me somewhere remotely cheerful.

It'd be either Let's All Make Believe or Don't Go Away by Oasis because they both mean something to me.

Everyone always says mad music like 'Highway to Hell' and stuff like that,
but has anyone actually been to a funeral where something like that has been played?

Ronnie Drew-If Ever You Go To Dublin Town.

    Written by Patrick Kavanagh.

    That, or The Parting Glass.
A Joe Strummer song would be essential too.

You'd need a heart of granite to keep a dry eye with that one.
    Especially the Elvis version.

    Probably start with:

Le Nozze Di Figaro, K 492, Act 3: Canozetta Sull'aria

    then immediately blast into

Post Mortem and Reign in Blood by Slayer.

After which they can chuck my corpse into the sea to give the fish something to play with.

I'd have snipers lining the walls, any religious mention would get the speaker a 7.62mm in the head!

Damn, wish I could see it.
