No it shows searches no good reason included. It is quite sad and patheic the amount of people using trends to validate views.

Do you actually know how Google trends is caluclated?

It is based on key words people search through google. So people looking up what a property bubble is would mean the figure goes up. Now as the media have suggested a "property bubble" people might look it up. Bingo you get a google trend. This has what meaning?None

People here talking about is enough to set it going.

People looking up the word porn doesn't mean they are thinking about changing carear as a porn star yet that is the same logic as saying google trend suggests their is a bubble.

exactly . people were interested enough to search for property bubble and the greatest number of searchers was in Dublin which implies there is a property bubble or the Dubs ar mad to think there is a property bubble and need spankings .

And they now know anybody saying we are in a property bubble is wrong and/or speculating but still incorret in saying we are in a bubble.

I don't know who you are but Google trends is fluff that means nothing you want to read meaning into it I suggest you watch Deal or no Deal and come up with a system to win.
