Freezing TVP

    Is it possible to freeze TVP (textured vegetable protein) once it has been hydrated and cooked?

    Yes.
    I was in the habit of preparing meals with TVP and freezing them. I never had a problem with it.

    Unless it states otherwise, is all TVP GM except Organic? Was there a health scare with TVP some time back?

    It is very hard to get soy that is not GM. The market has been well tainted by now and there is no going back.
    If it does not say "No GMO" or Organic then you can be fairly sure that it is GM.
