    Are they the type of cars that will fail the NCT (Tinted windows, Non regulation number plates etc etc) and have no valid insurance because the insurance company hasn't been informed of the modifications?

    if you install a induction kit or exhaust does that affect the nct? Last week i ve seen a civic being pullover, over its exhaust (to loud) and windows tinted. can you be fined or fail nct for that. i know the windows if they are to dark you get fined maybe even remove them (film) on the spot
