    Can someone recommend an entry level 16 port Gigabit Switch for our office - we are constantly moving multimedia files form machine to machine?

    You can get a Netgear GS116UK 16-port 10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Switch for around €199 inc vat from lantec.

    I think thats one of the cheapest around!

    Thanks for the help - went with the cnet 16 - from komplett.ie, now mounted on the rack and can say we have seen great improvments moving large files....
