Last month, I upped my SSIA to the max. I checked my bank account this morning and they never changed i.e the smaller amount came out. I've been on to BOI and they said they'd look into it and get back to me. I've lost out on a few bob due to this. Would you say the will amend it for me? Anyone have any experience of this?
