Reovering ? damaged .jpg files

I have a few .jpg's that appear to have been damaged when using partition magic to move a partition. Virtually all my data moved just fine (aroung 250gb) but its just about 30 images that will not open. Tried Photoshop plus all the usual XP options including Firefox and IE. The indicated file sizes seem to be correct.…

Googling has produced many options..all of which seem to either cost large amount of money or just don't work.

The images are not vital but would be handy if they could be recovered.
