Help! Lcd Bracket Advice Needed

I have a 40" Sony Bravia, and need to mount it on a concrete wall, with a tilt and an arm which turns well over 45 degrees... I'm on my 2nd Power city bracket, and its going back tonight... 35 degree turn on it... no use! help me pleeeeeeeeeeasse & thanks in advance
