Are there any websites which state how much residential property in each Irish town or county has changed by over the last twelve months?

    Thanks!

I was thinking of maybe a property website or auctioneers website which stated by how much the price of residential property had changed in value over the last 12 months in each county or large town.

Is there anything like this available...?

Don't know of any but I did hear on the radio that Wicklow had the highest price growth in the last 12 months (20%). Just my luck as am looking to buy around Greystones in the next few weeks:(
