Hey All - Emm I'm new - lol . First post ^_^ Was wondering about something myself, I checked up a great many cooking/recipe sites to figure how to make Scrambled eggs. But I've been somewhat unsucessful. Half the Time I make Scrambled eggs for my Brothers, Etc, The Eggs fine, and it's yellow and puffy, just perfect. But…

Cook 4-6 cherry tomatoes for a minute or two in a pot with a little olive oil.

Whisk two eggs and a dash of milk/cream in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, parsley and a 1/2 tsp of baking powder (makes the eggs incredibly fluffy). Pour into the pot.

Stir continiously over a medium/high heat until it starts to scramble. Once it's scrambling turn off the heat and continue to stir. Put the whole lot onto two slices of buttered toast.

Eat.
