    Hi everyone, thinking of organising a poker tournament in Cork City during the summer with some great prizes if we can get enough numbers together. Prizes include weekend breaks with accomodation, Premiership soccer match of choice - includes flights and accom, flights paid for to anywhere in Europe (within reason - not stupid vouchers), XBox 360's etc etc...But to get the tournament up and running we need as many competitors as possible so please, if you are interested and have friends who will play too, put your name on a new thread below and we can start having fun.I will let you know how things are progressing as the numbers come in...And its 100euro to enter

    In a house in Bishopstown....has anyone got objections to this?probably play 10-12 people at a time and winners of each night move onto final table then

    You're joking? The Macau Casino have a big summer tournament planned as well as tournaments and cash games every night, every other pub has weekly tournaments, UCC has a poker society, you can't move for home games and those bandits in the celtic poker tour will probably be around again soon. It's a nice idea but the market's flooded.
