    HAARP.jpg

Its called HAARP and what it can do:-

*Can deliver a very large amount of energy, comparable to a nuclear bomb, anywhere in the world.

    *Can change weather patterns

    *Can block all global communications

    *Can disrupt human mental processes

*Can be used for mind control

    *Can X- Ray the earth

I accidently came across that pic on a blog.

Scroll down about half the page - http://www.yournewreality.blogspot.com/

"""The Hindustan Times reports : Firefighters used chemicals to bring on a snowfall early on Thursday that helped extinguish a raging forest fire in northern China, a government official and state media reported.

Light snow fell for about one hour after shells containing silver iodide were fired into the sky above the burning forest near Hulunbuir, a small settlement in the sprawling Inner Mongolia region north of Beijing, an official at the regional fire fighting headquarters said.

The official, Ah Yongge, said the snow appeared to have helped bring the fire under control, but said he wasn't sure about the technical details.

China has practiced artificial rainmaking for decades, although it wasn't clear how often it had been specifically deployed to fight fires.
Arguments have bounced around in rural Australia for decades about whether or not attempts to coax rainfalls with silver iodide and other chemicals. You need the clouds to start with, then you need to get a fine particle dust into the moist clouds for rain droplets to form, then when they're heavy enough, down they come, or so the theory goes.

But China, and Russia, seem to be ahead of the rest of the world when it comes to controlling the weather, as such, for their own benefit.

Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered clouds to be emptied of potential rain the day before his last innauguration. He didn't want storms to spoil his party in Red Sqaure, or wash out the military parades. The weather modification worked.

China has recently used weather modification technology to create wind and rain to clear away monstrous dust storms that engulfed vast regions of the country, and threatened to worsen air pollution in some cities to near toxic levels. Again, the modifications worked, but we rarely hear about such incredible technology, and successes, in the Western media.

The US based Weather Modification Association claims to have been in existence for more than 50 years, and for the last two years has been rallying support for a number of weather modification bills to go through the US Senate.

One weather modification bill, at least - Senate Bill 517 - is already there, and is causing a wave of low-profile controversy.

From GlobalResearch : Weather Modification may adversely impact agricultural crops and water supplies. If the weather is changed in one state, region or county it may have severe consequences in another region, state or county. And who is going to decide the type of weather modification experimentation and who it will benefit or adversely impact?

This experimental weather modification bill will impact residents across the United States...Many current and ongoing weather modification programs (80 listed by NOAA in 2005), including the one in Wyoming that is designed to increase the snowpack, may be diverting rainwater away from Oklahoma and Texas, two states that are currently fighting fires caused by a lack of rainfall.

In addition to the experimental weather modification programs listed by NOAA, there are both private and ongoing government sponsored atmospheric testing and heating programs underway in Alaska and across the United States. Alaska Senator Stevens recently received $50 million in funding for Alaska’s atmospheric heating program.

The Alaska H.A.A.R.P. atmospheric heating program may have the capability of changing the Jet Stream which could also change our weather.

There is lot of research being done, apparently, on finding ways to break up, or lessen the strength of hurricanes, including spreading large oil slicks across an area of ocean in the path of the hurricane. And there's this idea as well :

.....a private company, Dyn-O-Mat, plans to purchase jets to drop thousands of pounds of a water absorbing chemical powder (unknown substance), into hurricanes to absorb moisture that may dissipate hurricanes.

Weather modification to degrade the strength, or to change the direction, of hurricanes is being taken extremely seriously in the US, particularly after Hurricane Katrina destroyed most of Louisiana and rendered uninhabitable the majority of the city of New Orleans for six months, or more.

Katrina will also end up costing the US government, and insurance companies, between $US300-500 billion. The motivation to have some control over the weather, and hurricanes in particular, is not such a bizarre idea anymore.

As far as today goes, weather modification in the United States is progressing on a smaller scale, but is regarded as a boon to at least a few hundred farmers in mid-west USA. In particular, farmers in hail-heavy Kansas are benefitting already.

According to the Hutchinson News, weather modification can be used not only to encourage rainfall, but also to suppress hail stones, a very popular program with farmers in Kansas, and their insurance companies. Even small hail stones can trash entire crops in minutes.

And it's been successful, in part : ...weather modification program....shows a decline in crop hail insurance claims in western Kansas counties that participate in the cloud-seeding program.

"If you think about the annual amount spent on weather mod by the state - $120,000 - for every one dollar we spend there is a $5 savings to the insurance companies."

Cloud-seeding operations occur day or night, depending on a storm's potential...(using four) planes - three that fly at the base of the storm cloud and one atop the cloud.

Planes at the base emit silver iodide through a generator and flares attached to the wings of the aircraft. Pilots seek out updrafts, which pull the seeding agent up into the storm cloud. The pilot flying his craft above the cloud drops dry ice.

Apparently, there has been more success, in Kansas, with suppressing hail storms than getting the rain to fall where it's needed most.

And then you have HAARP, a genuinely weird, highly experimental program, now unfolding in Alaska, which, depending on who you believe, is either conducting experiments on heating up the atmosphere, innocently reading Arctic weather conditions, finding ways to control our mind through or destroying the world as we know it by generating earthquakes.
Curiously, the HAARP program was once almost solely the domain of conspiracy doom-mongers, and its existence was denied for a good decade or more. Now, of course, the program has been declassified, and the program even has an official homepage :

HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.

The controversy over the HAARP program, however, continues to swell. The Russians don't like it, and neither do a number of scientists and physicists. Critics view it as a danger to the atmosphere, a potential weapon of mass destruction or simply a waste of government, and scientific research, funds.

Here's a Google link to a wealth of articles and websites about the HAARP program. This is another Google link to the conspiracy/doom-mongers view of the program.

You can choose which ones you want to believe, or laugh at. The official, and un-official, takes on the program are both fascinating.

HAARP is moving quickly into the mainstream, and you will likely begin to hear of its "successes" sometime over the next twelve months.

We'll come back to these issue in the weeks ahead, particularly the curious, and terrifying, research already completed into the concept of controlling the weather so it may be used as a weapon.

Even a nuclear strike can't compete with the damage totality of a Hurricane Katrina strength storm. To be able to ferment and guide such a storm across enemy territory....what commander wouldn't want such an arsenal at his disposal?

It is no conspiracy theory to state that military research programs are already underway to find ways to harness the awesome power of hurricanes for the purposes of weaponisation.

People used to just talk about "how much rain we've been getting" when they discussed the weather.""""

Unfortunately HAARP is real, and it's capabilities are extremely dangerous.

Check out this short vid of chemtrails in the news in the US...

Two Alaskans put it bluntly. A founder of the NO HAARP movement, Clare Zickuhr, says "The military is going to give the ionosphere a big kick and see what happens."
The military failed to tell the public that they do not know what exactly will happen
If they dont know what will happen they might be killing milions or billions of people and if such a thing happpened they would try blame another country for it and call them terrorists
"... large regions of the atmosphere could be lifted to an unexpectedly high altitude so that missiles encounter unexpected and unplanned drag forces with resultant destruction."
using this would make them invincible in war and such i seen a video somewhere of a cnn report that they where using a technology that was the same as a forcefield against rpg missiles on tanks in iraq im going to assume its the same thing as it certainly sounds like it(ill post a link to it when i find it)
The following statement was made more than twenty-five years ago in a book by Brzezinski which he wrote while a professor at Columbia University

"Political strategists are tempted to exploit research on the brain and human behavior. Geophysicist Gordon J.F. MacDonald, a specialist in problems of warfare, says accurately-timed, artificially-excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth ... in this way one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations in selected regions over an extended period"

" ... no matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages, to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades."
now thats plain scary that they would use that at any time if they did i think the people of america and the world would turn to petition and campaign the removal of this particular part if none else of it(I fell its the most dangerous) failing non peaceful measures we wiill have terrorists and lots of US based groups attacking the plaant with any means possible

The United States Congressional record deals with the use of HAARP for penetrating the earth with signals bounced off of the ionosphere. These signals are used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. The U.S. Senate set aside $15 million dollars in 1996 to develop this ability alone -- earth-penetrating-tomography. The problem is that the frequency needed for earth-penetrating radiation is within the frequency range most cited for disruption of human mental functions. It may also have profound effects on migration patterns of fish and wild animals which rely on an undisturbed energy field to find their routes.
Well simply that will destroy the earth fish and animals will all die people wont know what to do etc etc

i dunno about this but its scary and put simplynot smart to use
as with all weapons they can fall into the wrong hands and we all know what happens then:eek: They dont even know whats going to happen it could be catastrophic
read the bible codes they have successfully predicted deaths before and claim the apocalypse to be happenning in 2006 duno how real they are but if so i would pin it on this to be the ender of the world
