There have been a posts about bikes not starting. afraid that the same might happen to my own and not having a breeze when it comes to fixing *ANYTHING* (except the front sidelight that i did today :D ) is there anywhere in dublin that do bike maintenance courses? I'd definately do one as I think they're a fairly essential thing to do.

I think Bolton Street DIT do something at night although it may be the full mechanics course.

I did the one in Kylemore. It's in the evenings and well worth going too. Good to learn how to do basic jobs on the bike and you save some money. The course costs about €90 and then you'll need basic tools. So far I've saved around €400 on servicing and repairs. I'll only leave my bike in for large complicated jobs now.

That was the start date for the spring term. The next one will probably start in September - you should give them a ring and put your name down - they are very popular and get booked up fast.
