Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    From Gerweck.net :

Meltzer reports that it is very likley Chris Masters will be taken off the road for an indefinite period of time for drug related issues.

This did n't come directly from the observer site so I guess it should come with a health warning as often people report things and reference Meltzer when he never even wrote about it.

    But I think its legit.

What, steriods? i wouldn't say Masters would be into anything other than that. I'd say this isn't the last victims of the anti-drugs program either.

I assume (if this report is in fact true) that him being taken off the road would just be the initial ban for failing a drugs test. As Stalfos pointed out, one can only assume that this is steroid related. Perhaps Masters has been using more than is allowed by the new rules, which are far from olympic standards to say the least.

Joey Mercury has been sent to drug rehab immediately and he will be out of action indefinitely. Besides all the heat Melina and Johnny Nitro have, that was one of the reasons as to why MNM split up the way they did.

The penalty for a first offence was a 30 day suspension. I was thinking about the drugs programme a few days ago, I kinda forgot about it cos people had been sayin that a lot of guys would be caught. But they're only caught if their sample is higher in whatever substance than it was in the initial base testing. So would that not mean that the guys who've always been takin stuff wouldn't be singled out, and it'd just be the people who've taken it up in the last few months who'd be caught?

Hope Joey's alright. And I like Masters, hope he gets back soon too

It will be difficult to keep levels the same, because it's not like aspirin where you know exactly the levels of everything that is in it.

The problem with most gear is that it would be underground stuff, and there is never a guarantee as to what you are taking, the purity, the levels of what you think are in it, actually being in it etc.

Remember, wrestler get paid alright money, but not enough to be involved with BALCO or anything!!! :D
