BT screwed me - yet again

:rolleyes: ooh god, it's like routine these days with BT billing, to be fair i did get the credits due to me. But they forgot to give me my free line rental for this period. So they now owe me yet another €48 for line rental, will it ever end?...do i have to chase them for like every sinlge bill and question everything…
