Heatons - opening Wednesday 31 st May @ M1 Business Park.

Also,

Marks & Spencer - opening Thursday 1 st June @ 11 am.
They've even changed to direction of traffic on Peter's Street to down the hill.

When will we get a Boots for the town???

According to yesterday's Drogheda Independent, there will be thirty other units, whose contracts are being signed over the coming weeks. The names will be announced then. The other units are opening on September 11th.

Just back from Marks and Spencer its VERY small. No kids clothes over the age of 5 wtf? They dont have enough room! Free parking all day though today so that made a change. Champagne and orange juice and free sweets for the kids.

The M&S is really small, all right, but the food section is well-stocked with everything, so I'm happy.

Thats just currently being built on the Donore Rd, Aldi opening end of this month

The first time I went to woodies I commented to my friend that this would be a perfect place for a restaurant / fast food joint. Just before the toll bridge on the way to Dublin and if you are browsing in the shops up there or waiting for your car to be serviced you would be tempted to drop in even for a coffee. I love Subway.
