I'm not sure..
i reckon it might vary from place to place.but could be 18 cos it's quite an obvious face piercing.
I'm not certain. best thing is to ring up where you want to get it done and ask..

they're lovely though. I've been meaning to get mine done for the last few months, just don't have time.

No i meant as in someone who could pierce it properly anyne i've seen over here has been done with a banana bell via a clamp and pierce instead of a half surface bar via punch and taper.

Well it would be classes as a surface piercing so you are talking anything between 60 - 80 euro

well i asked, snake bite do an anti eyebrow piercing but stictly over 18s...

i shoulda thought of that.....face growth and so on lol...i can be retarded at times......lol

Face growth wouldn't be the reason for not piercing under 18 year olds....

Like I said before, its a surface piercing, its a dangerous piercing if you dont do it right, needs to be exactly in the right amount of skin layers or it can go too deep, not enough and it'll rip out too easy.
