how are the pings on smart telecom BB? people were saying that due to some routing pings are lower or this is just a myth?

If the noise is low on your phone they will turn off interleaving, which lowers your pings even more.

If you want to give me a server your interested in, and ill ping it at home this evening and paste the results? (Interleaving on, as im not a big gamer!)
