Half hourly radar is there now, which is good :)

Zero new content as far as I can see, don't know why they bothered, preferred the old site to be honest.
Half hour rader has been there for a while now.
Also I find the plain white and black print summary pages such as http://www.met.ie/latest/yesterday.asp harder to read than before

Makes you wonder did they take a cut in funding or something. A bit of a joke really. We should have more information available to us. And whats with their fear of long range forcasts:confused:

OMG, have just looked in. Haven't gone further than homepage yet, but it looks a lot more harsh.

    No improvement of data whatsoever...

Bah, who ever got €€€€€s for this is laughing tonight.

    Just gone through it.

The pluses!! ;) there are a couple, It's quicker, not that the old one was slow.
The weather summaries are now available
    http://www.met.ie/climate/monthly-summary.asp

    The minuses.
As Longfield mentioned, a lot harder to read the tables. The whole thing smacks of change for changes sake.

Anyway, we'll get used to it, and I assume there will be "improvements"
Have you noticed the drop down menu of the counties. Gives temp and wind, but is only giving the data from the nearest synoptic station. Now since when is Rosslare representable of all of Wexford...

Not worth wasting more time on really :(

Well the layout is better and easier to use in my opinion.

Otherwise its the exact same website with a new face.

And it looks like it needs alot of work !!!

Some of my websites were as good as that:D

You'll be happy to here im working on a new site for the summer!
