    Its a classic multi level marketing scam. The product is largely irrelevant, the idea is to get people to become "resellers" to take large quantities of the stuff to sell on. Of course they ultimately wont succeed, but by the time the placebo effect wears off the promoters will have done well.

    It is like a pyramid scheme.

    Has all the hallmarks of a previous 'invention' which comprised of a magnet that clamped around the fuel line to give you more MPG - Total rubbish.

    Manufacturers strive to make their products as fuel efficient as possible - if this type of thing was of any benefit they would pay the 'inventor' big bucks to fit it at factory level. Don't be taken in by this rubbish.
