Ntl web space

    Hi

    I wonder does anyone know if NTL does check the space use in their webspace. In the NTL website they have "55MB of webspace"

    What happens if you go over the allocated space?

    It'll just pop up an error, you won't be able to upload files that bring it over 55 megs.

    Does anyone else here have webspace from IOL? Just curious if there is a cap, because there does not appear to be! :D

    try this - should work with ntl (or any other ftp server)

    log in via command prompt:

    C:\Documents and Settings\XXXXXXX>ftp [enter]
    ftp> open [type server name & press enter]
    Connected to [server name]
    220 [server name]
    User : [type user name here & press enter]
    331 Password required for xxxxxxx
    Password: [type password here and enter]

    230-User XXXXXXX logged in.
