i'm a leaving cert student in the process of changing my cao. i'm just wondering if there's anyone here doing culinary arts as it seems like an interesting course and i wanted to ask about the language aspect of it ie. is it mainly oral/written work or a mix of both? what level of fluency can be achieved? etc. appreciate…
