Sympathies to the family of the West Cork diver who died yesterday while diving.

    Attached from aertel :
"A diver who was taken from the water by the Baltimore Lifeboat during a search and rescue operation in Goleen Bay off the Co Cork coast has died.

The diver had not been seen since around 3pm yesterday afternoon.

His boat was later found anchored near Spanish Point and the alarm was raised.
The Waterford-based search and rescue helicopter and the LE Eithne also took part in the operation last night.

The man was transferred by helicopter to Cork University Hospital"
