I have found some very interesting information on the www.askaboutmoney.com website. Just go to the property investment section and you will see lots of posts in there!

This website is a pretty good start www.itd.hu . Be careful with Budapest though there has been a fall in apartment prices since 2004 and there is an awful lot of Vacant apartments in the city. That coupled with the persisting doubht over the Hungarian Forint would make me a bit edgy.
